We at Angel Designer Boutique strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With original packaging, tags, and invoice

Items that are damaged, used, or without tags/invoice will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories or items marked as non-returnable

Customized or made-to-order products

Products bought on clearance or final sale

Return Process

Email us at angelboutiquedigital2025@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 32314 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Mention your Order ID and reason for return.

Our support team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via:

  • Original payment method (UPI/Credit Card/Razorpay), or
  • Store credit (upon customer request)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you received a wrong or defective product, we’ll arrange a free exchange.

For size exchanges or other preferences, return shipping may be charged.

Shipping returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free.

If it’s a customer-initiated return (change of mind, size), return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
